Ingredients:
1 ½ tbsp cooking oil
600-gm boneless chicken thighs
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic
1 ½ tbsp sliced ginger
1 tsp pepper
1 small onion
3 dry red chilies
3 tbsp bell pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp brown sugar
¾ tsp pepper
Instructions:
1. Crush fresh peppercorns and set aside
2. Add cooking oil in pan along with chicken pieces, salt to taste, minced garlic, and thinly sliced ginger
3. Cook for 12-14 minutes on high heat until water evaporates
4. Mix in black pepper and remove chicken from heat
5. Add sliced onion in pan and sauté until light brown
6. Add dry red chilies, chopped bell pepper, soy sauce, white vinegar, water, and brown sugar
7. Add the chicken back into the pan
8. Mix well and add coarsely ground pepper
9. Ready to enjoy!
